What You’ll Do

  1. In this role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of our NFT and gaming products:
  2. Below are some activities you may find yourself doing:
  3. Strategic Partnerships: 
  4. Identify, engage and negotiate new partnerships with studios, partners and brands
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, brands and influencers 
  6. Strategise and execute co-branded campaigns with partners to drive visibility and adoption
  7. Identify market opportunities and lead efforts to launch innovative products or services in the Web3 gaming space.
  8. Business Growth: Develop go-to-market strategies and tactics that will support and drive adoption of the products 
  9. Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with blockchain networks, gaming platforms, and NFT projects.
  10. Market Research & Analysis:
  11. Develop deep subject matter expertise in gaming, NFTs, Blockchain and other relevant domains
  12. Conduct detailed market analysis to stay updated on the latest Web3 gaming trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
  13. Community Engagement:
  14. Represent the company at Web3 and gaming conferences, networking events, and industry forums to raise brand awareness and connect with potential partners.
  15. Project Coordination & Management
  16. Coordinating cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/ deliverable planning to tracking/ reporting
  17. Performance Evaluation & Optimization
  18. Deciding & analyzing initiatives KPIs and recommending improvements to drive revenue and user engagement 

  1. Overall, you will shoulder the important responsibilities of:
  2. (a) At a product level: Drive new partnerships and opportunities
  3. (b) At a company level: Define & align business priorities with management, and
  4. (c) At an industry level: Generate insights & your own views on the market.

Requirements:

  3. Intellectual prowess & curiosity
  4. 3+ years of experience across strategic deal-oriented roles.
  5. Examples include: Business development, Corporate development, and Partnerships Lead.
  6. Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis and output generation;
  7. Proven track record of closing deals and partnerships with other Web3 projects
  8. Quick learner who is able to translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights;
  9. Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive in identifying and addressing challenges or opportunities, consistently anticipating and acting upon business needs.
  10. Industry Knowledge
  11. A deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  12. A pulse on the blockchain space with a keen ability to identify and act on emerging trends
  13. A strong, existing network of connections within the Web3 space
  14. Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  15. Familiarity with Web3-specific business models such as Play-to-Earn (P2E), GameFi, and NFT-based economies.(Plus) A deep understanding of DeFi
  16. Literacy in oral & written communication
  17. Excellent command of English;
  18. Clarity, conciseness and confidence in communication, e.g., experience communicating with senior stakeholders, public presentations and pitching etc.
  19. Ownership, agility & teamwork
  20. Pursuit of excellence, always going the extra mile to level up the quality of insights and deliverables;
  21. Self-driven and organized, with a relentless focus on following through on alignments and delivering results effectively;
  22. High-level of adaptability, being able to quickly reprioritize and iterate based on latest developments;Excellent attention to detail;Collaborative approach to teamwork, demonstrated through coordinating a complex project across multiple work-streams, leading a project team, etc.;(Plus) Experience working with teams from diverse backgrounds, e.g., cross-cultural, cross-industry.
