Summary

What you'll accomplish:

  1. Scanning the rollup market for new partners and spearheading the sales process from lead generation, leading sales calls, and conducting RaaS demos, to onboarding new partners in North America
  2. Creating and owning your pipeline focused on rollups
  3. Owning the NA rollup market and reporting directly to the Head of Business Development
  4. Creating partnerships with strategic impact
  5. Researching new ways to use Gelato products for new partners

Requirements

  1. At least three years of experience in web3
  2. Technical selling experience, preferably web3 infrastructure solutions
  3. Understanding the current L1/L2/L3 ecosystem in-depth
  4. Track record of creating strategic partnerships with L1/L2 ecosystems
  5. Comfortable in fast-paced environments, having ambitious targets, and closing enterprise-grade customers
  6. Well-organized with strong time management skills and a proactive personality
  7. Experience using CRMs
  8. Bonus: In-depth knowledge on rollups
