Summary

Flipster is seeking a dedicated, detail oriented individual from the financial services industry to support the Operations and Business teams. This role will leverage finely tuned written and verbal communication skills, combined with comprehensive knowledge of the Flipster platform and all ongoing internal and external campaigns, to ensure that communications, distributions and enquiries are handled effectively. 

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign related matters.
  2. Coordinate between the Business teams and the Operations teams to ensure alignment on Campaign details. 
  3. Communicate user feedback with regards to ongoing campaigns.
  4. Managing escalations and follow up on upcoming campaigns.
  5. Preparation and maintenance of handling documents.
  6. Administrative record keeping and reporting.
  7. Other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. Prior experience working within the financial services /trading industry.
  2. Experience in a front-facing customer service environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to be flexible in a variety of situations.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  6. Ability to work under pressure with a team in a 24/7 trading environment.
  7. Passionate about crypto, with industry experience highly preferred.
  8. Business proficiency in English.
