Summary

As Chief of Staff to the COO, you'll be instrumental in scaling Notabene's operational excellence during our next phase of growth. You'll serve as the right hand to our COO, acting as a force multiplier for the executive team by driving alignment across teams, leading critical cross-functional and strategic initiatives and and ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively to achieve its strategic goals.

What You'll Do

1. Partner with the CEO and COO to translate high-level vision and strategy into actionable operational plans and execution across our global teams
2. Proactively identify and tackle the most critical opportunities and/or challenges facing the organization
3. Drive the execution of key strategic or operational initiatives, monitoring progress and resolving roadblocks as needed
4. Identify inefficiencies and design scalable systems to enhance organizational effectiveness
5. Foster collaboration and alignment between departments to create a shared understanding and drive better outcomes
6. Drive data-informed decisions and promote a data-driven culture
7. Support strategic initiatives including fundraising and crypto industry partnerships

In a Year, You Will Have

1. Ensured the teams’ consistent progress toward long-term goals through actionable operational plans with clear milestones
2. Led 2-3 strategic initiatives that help us hit our next business milestones and accelerate our mission of making crypto part of everyday economy
3. Implemented and refined scalable processes that significantly improve operational efficiency and increase cross-functional collaboration
4. Fostered better alignment across teams by building systems for effective communication and collaboration, reducing silos

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, or a similar role in high-growth crypto, fintech, or SaaS companies
2. Proven track record driving complex cross-functional projects from concept to execution
3. Strong ability to distill high-level strategy into tactical plans with measurable outcomes
4. Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to executive leadership and external partners
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable insights
6. Experience aligning cross-functional teams or managing complex stakeholder relationships

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

1. Deep understanding of crypto/fintech B2B or infrastructure markets
2. Prior experience as Chief of Staff or similar strategic role
3. MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
