Community Lead in DeFi project

Duties/Responsibilities

▫️Interaction with project community members (Discord, Telegram).

▫️Formation of the project's Core community.

▫️Work on improving key community metrics (Retention rate, activation, etc.).

▫️Constant interaction with CMO and Head of SMM.

▫️Organization and holding of internal events - AMA sessions, games, quizzes, community calls, etc.

Candidate requirements:

▫️Experience in Web3 projects from 1 year.

▫️Passion for DeFi and a solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem.

▫️English level: B2 - C1.

▫️Constant search for new tools for interaction with the community.

▫️Energy, initiative, desire to develop in the field of Web3 marketing.

Working conditions:
