*Job Summary:*

As Community Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing Aprocoin's online communities, social media presence, and user engagement. You'll develop and implement strategies to build brand awareness, foster loyalty, and drive user acquisition.

*Responsibilities:*

1. Develop and execute community growth strategies

2. Manage social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, etc.)

3. Create and curate engaging content (posts, threads, AMAs, etc.)

4. Moderate and respond to community inquiries and concerns

5. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions

6. Analyze community metrics and provide insights for improvement

7. Identify and partner with influencers and community leaders

8. Organize community events, webinars, and meetups

9. Develop and maintain community guidelines and documentation

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

*Requirements:*

1. 3+ years of experience in community management or social media marketing

2. Strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency

3. Excellent communication, moderation, and conflict resolution skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

5. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)

6. Analytical and problem-solving skills

7. Experience with community building and engagement strategies

8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with Discord, Telegram, and other community platforms

2. Knowledge of content creation tools (graphic design, video editing, etc.)

3. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trends

4. Experience with community analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
