Your Role

1. Engage & Advocate:
2. Be a brand advocate and public-facing community leader
3. Engaging with the community during AMAs and online events. (ideally on camera)
4. Continuously build and retain a Mantle and mETH Protocol community on Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
5. Stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the DeFi, NFT, and GameFi ecosystems, ensuring our community stays ahead of the curve in innovation and partnership potential.
6. Build:
7. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with overall company goals.
8. Collaborate on community and marketing campaigns and GTM strategies for ecosystem growth and engagement.
9. Leverage web3 tools and products to onboard to gamify and enhance the community experience.
10. Manage:
11. Oversee community program participants, including creators, moderators, and event organizers.
12. Maintain and implement best security practices across community channels.
13. Ensure operational excellence by being organized and meeting deadlines.
14. Implement and maintain strong operational security practices.

15. Utilize tools and bots to manage and engage the community while ensuring security and a positive experience.
