Summary

Job Overview: 

1. We are seeking an energetic and proactive CM to lead our community engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crypto, web3, Solana, skilled in building and nurturing online communities and funny asf. Seriously. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Foster lively, informed, and supportive community across X, Telegram, TikTok, and Instagram. Including X Spaces and other Live recordings.
2. Content Creation - Work with our Content Team to develop, curate, and share content that educates and entertains our community.
3. Moderation - Work with other moderators under the supervision of our CMO to ensure a positive community environment by moderating discussions, addressing conflicts, and enforcing guidelines.
4. Feedback loop - Collect community feedback on our platform, features and content to relay back to the product team for continuous improvement.
5. Brand Advocacy - Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring all communications align with the company’s vision and values, and if not then it better at least be funny.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in community management within the crypto/web3 space (yes, we will verify)
2. Experience with meme creation and familiarity with meme culture. ← culture is most important
3. Strong understanding of Solana memecoins
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Experience with social media platforms like the ones listed above, and various bots to help improve said communities
6. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
