Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing CoinEx's official communities and channels (Telegram, Discord, etc.), answering user inquiries, and improving community engagement and user retention.

2. Develop user acquisition, activation and retention strategies based on data analysis, gain deep insights into user needs and drive collaboration with KOLs, projects and communities to achieve community growth and platform user conversion.

3. Plan and create high-quality content based on user insights to enhance the community's professionalism and credibility.

4. Plan and execute engaging community activities, including but not limited to holiday marketing, topic interactions, brand collaborations and live events, to drive user growth and retention.

5. Stay updated on cryptocurrency industry trends, analyze competitors' community strategies, and continuously optimize your operational plans.

6. Provide regular community operations review reports and offer optimization suggestions to the team.

7. Establish a comprehensive FAQ system and standardized response process, efficiently addressing user issues, assisting with problem-solving, and regularly collecting user feedback on product features and services.

Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry, familiarity with major cryptocurrencies and exchange ecosystems; prior experience in cryptocurrency investment is preferred.

2. Native speaker of Chinese, fluent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of producing high-quality social media copy.

3. At least 2 years of experience in community operations within the cryptocurrency industry, with preference given to experience in exchange communities.

4. Strong user-oriented mindset, with the ability to quickly identify user needs, optimize operational strategies, and create content and activities that address those needs.

5. Excellent user response and communication skills, with the ability to drive user participation in community interactions.

6. Strong execution and stress management skills, with the ability to respond quickly and complete tasks efficiently in a multitasking environment.

7. Diligent and responsible, with an innovative spirit and the ability to independently plan effective community activity strategies.

8. Bonus: Strong KOL/community resources and a proven track record of successful community operations are a plus.
