We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Community manager to join our rapidly expanding team! 

⭐️ Your missions ⭐️

  1. Amplify our communication strategy within our communities to increase engagement.
  2. Moderate discussions on forums and social media to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  3. Respond to user questions and resolve issues reported by the community.
  4. Create and share relevant and engaging content, including articles, posts, videos, and infographics.
  5. Help to manage the company's social media accounts (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Phaver, etc.).
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  7. Organize online events such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and contests.
  8. Track and analyze community metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and adjust actions accordingly (with marketing team support).
  9. Monitor cryptocurrency market trends and propose innovative ideas to engage the community.
  10. Identify, engage and retain relationships with community members
  11. Implement creative and innovative communication means

💫 Who you are

  1. You are passionate about crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and web3 in general (Must have)
  2. You have written and verbal communication skills
  3. You are open minded and inclusive which enables you to engage with a worldwide community
  4. You have competencies in community engagement and management
  5. You have the ability to express complex technical information clearly and concisely
  6. You are able to respond quickly and with comprehensive answer to the community
  7. Excellent knowledge of social media (like discord, telegram..) will be an advantage
