Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Community Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading crypto derivatives exchange. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building, engaging, and maintaining our user community across various local and digital platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with different teams to enhance our brand presence and align community initiatives with our business goals.

Responsibility

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive community-building strategies across local social channels and offline events to increase user engagement and cultivate a strong community spirit.
  2. Serve as the primary liaison between the community and the organization, working closely with the marketing, product, and central business units to ensure community needs and expectations are met.
  3. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to foster community growth and engagement.
  4. Forge and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media channels within the crypto space to enhance our visibility and influence.
  5. Conduct negotiations and manage relationships with local KOLs, ensuring alignment with our brand and community objectives.
  6. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of community-related activities with broader company strategies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  2. A deep understanding of the local region and a proven ability to navigate its unique market dynamics.
  3. Extensive knowledge of marketing channels and community platforms, including Telegram and Discord.
  4. Flexibility in working hours, with a willingness to engage with the crypto community outside standard business hours.
  5. Exceptional multitasking skills and the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  7. At least 2-3 years of experience in community management or marketing, ideally within the crypto or financial services sector.
  8. Demonstrated experience in interacting with media, KOLs, and influencers.
  9. A solid understanding of the crypto industry and trading principles.
