Summary

We are expanding our team and looking for a Community Moderator to help maintain an engaging, supportive, and well-organized environment for our users. If you're an experienced 3Commas user who enjoys interacting with the community and assisting others, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

1. Actively moderate discussions across Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and other community channels
2. Ensure a friendly, professional, and inclusive environment by enforcing community guidelines
3. Address user inquiries, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary
4. Collaborate with the support and marketing teams to share community feedback and concerns
5. Create engaging content, polls, and discussions to boost community interaction
6. Monitor and report on community sentiment, trends, and engagement metrics
7. Assist in organizing community events, AMAs, and other engagement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

1. 1+ year of experience using the 3Commas platform
2. Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, trading, and blockchain technology
3. Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus
4. Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism
5. Passion for crypto, trading, and engaging with users
