Summary

What you will be doing

1. As a Compliance Product Manager, you are responsible for building compliance features from scratch for the entire crypto exchange. 
2. Owning the vision and roadmap of every aspect of compliance related, such as KYC, KYB, KYT, AML, transaction monitoring, and compliance reporting.
3. Learning and updating the trend of compliance, regulation, and legal base locally and globally.
4. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): convey complex messages clearly and simply, and drive conviction across stakeholders.
5. Initiating, prioritizing, and managing projects to implement the changes of compliance.
6. Monitoring and improving compliance success rate based on data-driven analysis.
7. Supporting marketing expansion for new countries from a compliance perspective.

3. Reviewing and analyzing compliance performance and plan for further improvements every week.
4. Creating dashboards and reports for compliance with provided reporting and tracking tools every month.
5. Conducting compliance, regulatory, and legal research across multiple target markets and arranging sharing sessions every month.
6. Communicating with the compliance team and leadership team to keep the latest compliance in check regularly.
7. Creating PRD (product requirement documents) for new compliance projects regularly.

Job requirements

What you need to have

1. 5+ years of proven experience as a Compliance Product Manager in the Fin-tech, Finance, or Blockchain industry.
2. Strong understanding of KYC, KYB, KYT, and AML solutions, such as Jumio, sumsub, Onfido, chainalysis, elliptic, and so on.
3. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to objectively prioritize.
4. Logical thinker with the ability to identify and articulate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
5. Proficiency in data collection and reporting tools.
6. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. Proficiency in English.

Nice To Haves

1. Ideally have experience with the crypto industry or centralized exchange.

2. Ideally have experience in team management and leadership.

3. Candidates who have strong experience in programming are a huge advantage.

4. Experience with African markets.

5. Proficiency in Mandarin.
