Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

What you'll do

  1. Prepare meeting documents
  2. Prepare corporate secretarial documents for domestic and foreign corporations
  3. Prepare the General Information Sheet for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Monitoring
  4. Prepare reminder emails for Annual Stockholders’ Meeting in the case of domestic corporations and annual General Information Sheet filing
  5. Maintain calendar of meetings for the corporation
  6. Organize and maintain corporate records
  7. Update and review entries in the Stock and Transfer Book
  8. Update and review all stock certificate issuances or cancellations
  9. Assist with the preparation of the Corporate Secretary audit responses
  10. Assist the Corporate Secretary in meetings of the Board of Directors, Board Committee meetings, and shareholders’ meetings, including the preparation of the agenda and Board Minutes, and other Board related matters
  11. Facilitate the circulation of corporate documents for signatures

What we expect from you

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Legal Management, or related fields or Juris Doctor graduate
  2. With at least 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal
  3. Experience in Corporate Housekeeping, and in administrative management
  4. Proficient in MS Office applications
  5. Good English communication skills (oral and written)
  6. Highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills
