Summary
Alchemy is looking for an experienced Creative Lead to take our brand and storytelling to the next level. This role is equal parts visionary and hands-on, requiring a mix of creative direction, strategic brand leadership, and high-level execution. You’ll work closely with leadership teams across design, marketing, and product to define and scale how Alchemy shows up across every touchpoint - from our website and campaigns to events, swag, and motion design.
This is not just a brand design role; it’s an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing Alchemy’s creative direction to bring the brand vision to life. You’ll be a strategic partner in crafting narratives that resonate deeply with developers, founders, and the broader crypto-native community.
What You’ll Do
- Creative Vision: Drive Alchemy’s brand evolution with a bold, strategic, and forward-thinking approach.
- Lead Creative Direction: Partner with design, marketing, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, content, and experiences that elevate our brand.
- Shape Brand Storytelling: Develop narratives that resonate across digital, social, and product surfaces, ensuring Alchemy stays top-of-mind in Web3.
- Hands-On Execution: Design and direct key brand initiatives, including marketing websites, social campaigns, events, swag, motion graphics, and video content (with motion/production contractor support).
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive and high-quality brand presence across web, social, video, and product surfaces.
- Act as a Strategic Partner: Work closely with leadership, product marketing, and DevRel to align brand efforts with business goals.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ Years of Experience in creative leadership, brand design, or creative direction at a top-tier agency, tech company, or crypto-native brand.
- Proven Track Record of leading brand strategy and high-impact creative campaigns.
- Deep Expertise in digital-first brand experiences, motion design, and storytelling.
- Strong Portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, motion graphics, video, and digital content.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and motion design. Video editing is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset — the ability to zoom out for brand vision and zoom in to execute details at the highest level.
- Good Understanding of Crypto, internet-native culture, and Web3 trends—or a strong curiosity to learn.
