Your Role
- Design Excellence: Craft high-quality visual designs for marketing campaigns, product launches, websites, and social media.
- Graphic Design: Expertise in typography, color theory, composition, and layout for digital and print media.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistency in design across all touchpoints, contributing to the evolution of our visual identity.
- User-Centered Design (UCD): Skilled in designing with the user in mind to ensure functional and aesthetically pleasing outputs.
- Creative Ideation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Product) to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Storytelling Through Design: Transform complex ideas into visually appealing and easily digestible narratives.
- Design Tools Mastery: Maintain proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant platforms.
Your Craft
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, including branding, digital design, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and motion design tools.
- Exceptional ability to think outside the box and translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
- Comfortable iterating on designs based on feedback and changing project scopes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, product, and development.
- Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with blockchain, Web3, or tech design is a plus
