Summary

What you'll do

  1. Plan and execute impactful CRM campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
  2. Master and leverage CRM tools to manage customer journeys effectively.
  3. Analyze customer data to support CRM strategies, providing actionable insights to boost engagement.
  4. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, customer experience) to refine user funnels and improve retention strategies.
  5. Draft, edit, and optimize content for email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring it aligns with Coins.ph's brand voice.
  6. Design and refine customer journey maps that reflect key touchpoints and improve user experiences.

What we expect from you

  1. 2-4 years of experience working with CRM tools, particularly CleverTap and Vero.
  2. Deep passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the decentralized Web3 ecosystem, with a strong understanding of key concepts and trends.
  3. A proactive, collaborative attitude, ready to work across teams and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the crypto industry.
  4. Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data to refine CRM strategies.
