Summary

Responsibilities

  1. Advertising Strategy and Creativity: Develop video advertising strategies for Crypto products (e.g., exchanges, wallets, DeFi platforms, NFT projects), proposing creative and engaging concepts to enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.
  2. Brand Marketing: Design ad content aligned with brand positioning and market needs, strengthening brand influence and resonance.
  3. Market Insights: Conduct in-depth research on Crypto industry trends, user behavior, and competitors' advertising strategies to craft differentiated ad campaigns.
  4. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, directors, and video production teams to execute the entire process from scriptwriting to video delivery, ensuring alignment with advertising objectives.
  5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor ad performance, analyze user behavior through data insights, and propose optimization strategies to refine advertising approaches.
  6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and design teams to ensure ad content aligns with overall marketing strategies.
  7. Innovation and Exploration: Explore new advertising formats (e.g., short skits, animations, 3D effects) to create impactful and industry-leading creative ads.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, advertising, communications, design, or related fields.
  2. Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in advertising strategy, with prior experience in the Crypto industry (e.g., blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFT) preferred.
  3. Brand Marketing Expertise: Familiarity with brand building and promotion, capable of integrating brand concepts into ad creativity to enhance brand value.
  4. Creative Skills: Strong creative thinking and planning abilities, capable of translating complex Crypto concepts into intuitive and engaging video content.
  5. Professional Skills: Proficient in the video advertising production process, with strong scriptwriting skills and effective communication with design and production teams.
  6. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to accurately understand overseas market needs and cultural contexts.
  7. Data Sensitivity: Skilled in analyzing ad performance data and providing targeted optimization recommendations.
  8. Add-on Points:
  9. Experience with Web3, ecosystem projects, or blockchain technologies.
  10. Familiarity with overseas advertising platform policies and ad formats, as well as user preferences on different platforms.
  11. Experience in creating viral content for short video platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
  12. Overseas study or work experience, with a strong understanding of localized cultural expressions.
