Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Web3/Crypto operations, with a strong knowledge of HR management strategies and procedures.
3. Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
4. Skills include multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory needs in the crypto industry.
5. Proven record of running effective operations teams.
