Responsibilities

1. Run advertising campaigns on company social media platforms.
2. Formulate high-quality written and visual content tailored for each social media campaign.
3. Maintain a consistent online presence, fostering brand awareness and engagement.
4. Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation on social media.
5. Engage with influencers to amplify brand reach and impact.
6. Respond promptly and courteously to comments and inquiries on all social media accounts.
7. Grow Token Metrics social media accounts by 5% a month
8. Reach out for interviews
9. Utilize graphic design tools like Canva AI and Adobe to create visually appealing content for social media.
10. Collaborate with product manager to deliver compelling visual stories across platforms.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of experience in managing social media strategies and channels for brands or businesses.
3. Crypto Native (Defi, Yield Farming, Staking, IDO/IEO)
4. Proven track record of experience working in cryptocurrency, web 3, and blockchain as a social media manager/content creator.
5. Experience in developing and posting content across various social media platforms.
6. Proficiency in social media metrics and performance analysis.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
