Summary

Responsibilities

1. Create high-performing video ads for global markets in the Crypto sector (blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, etc.), enhancing ad click-through and conversion rates.
2. Strategize, script, and produce compelling ad videos tailored to the Crypto industry’s market trends and target audience.
3. Develop engaging short-form content that highlights Crypto product features (e.g., exchanges, wallets, Web3 projects) while aligning with current industry trends and user preferences.
4. Ensure ad compliance by staying updated on the advertising policies of major global platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
5. Analyze ad performance data to identify optimization opportunities and refine video content for improved ROI.
6. Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure video materials align with brand identity and promotional strategies.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage Crypto/Web3 hot topics to enhance content relevance and engagement.
8. Localize content for international audiences by adapting creative elements to different cultural and aesthetic preferences.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Film Production, Multimedia, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and basic graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
3. Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills with the ability to understand overseas market needs and cultural nuances.
4. Experience: 3+ years in digital ad video production, preferably with experience in Crypto, blockchain, or fintech industries.
5. Platform Expertise: Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and their ad formats, user behaviors, and content trends.
6. Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to transform complex Crypto concepts into visually appealing, easy-to-understand content.
7. Analytical Mindset: Capable of using data insights to refine content strategy and improve video effectiveness.
8. Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams efficiently.
