Summary

What you'll be doing:

1. Asset Custody Management: Oversee and manage asset custody operations, ensuring the segregation and safeguarding of digital assets using industry-standard security practices such as multi-signature wallets, cold storage solutions, and key management protocols
2. Client Asset Protection: Ensure that all digital assets under custody are segregated, secured and properly managed according to company and regulatory guidelines (MAS)
3. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital asset custody, including market, operational, and security risks
4. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with regulations, including PS Act, MAS guidelines and others, and keep up-to-date with the evolving legal landscape surrounding digital assets
5. Technology Integration: Work closely with the IT and cybersecurity teams to implement and monitor secure blockchain protocols, wallets, and custody solutions
6. Operational Efficiency: Streamline custody operations and processes to improve performance, security, and client satisfaction
7. Transaction Monitoring: Monitor cryptocurrency transactions, perform necessary reconciliations and troubleshoot any discrepancies in holdings
8. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and manage detailed reports on asset custody, transaction records, and client portfolios

What we're looking for:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree is a plus
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in asset management, crypto custody, or digital asset operations
3. Deep understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystems, blockchain technology, and digital asset security
4. Familiarity with regulatory environments surrounding digital assets, such as PS Act, MAS guidelines and regulations in Singapore
5. Experience with digital asset custody solutions, including multi-signature wallets, hot and cold storage
6. Strong analytical and risk management skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry with a high level of adaptability
