Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class service to our exchange product customers
- Communicate daily and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to meet client needs
- Provide training to clients operating our exchange platform
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
- Be proactive in anticipating and resolving customer issues
- Help develop and manage our customer success ecosystem
- Approaches requests creatively to maximize value for the client and Shift
- Ensure a positive customer experience

- Proficient with Asana and Google apps
- Solid understanding of trading and cryptocurrency
- English Level C2 is required for this role
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CS or CX
- Bachelors degree
This is a permanently remote position which requires working 40 hours per week. Salary depends on experience.
