Summary

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class service to our exchange product customers
  • Communicate daily and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and support teams to meet client needs
  • Provide training to clients operating our exchange platform
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
  • Be proactive in anticipating and resolving customer issues
  • Help develop and manage our customer success ecosystem
  • Approaches requests creatively to maximize value for the client and Shift
  • Ensure a positive customer experience

  • Easily explains highly technical concepts to non-technical groups
  • Proficient with Asana and Google apps
  • Solid understanding of trading and cryptocurrency
  • English Level C2 is required for this role

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CS or CX
  • Bachelors degree

This is a permanently remote position which requires working 40 hours per week. Salary depends on experience.
