Customer Service Associate

  1. Manage daily customer due diligence requests and requirements.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to account setup, transactions, and product usage.
  4. Educate customers on the basics of cryptocurrencies, how to use our platform, and best practices for security.
  5. Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Sales, and Development, to ensure cohesive customer service and operational efficiency.
  6. Collect and relay customer feedback to the appropriate departments to improve our products and services.
  7. Create and update support tickets, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to assist customers in finding self-help resources.
  8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all interactions comply with industry standards and legal requirements.
  9. Perform other related duties and tasks as required.

What We Expect From You:

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the tech or financial sectors. Experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
  3. Passionate about building lasting customer relationships and prioritizes taking care of customers.
  4. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Google Suite programs
  7. Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.
  8. Highly flexible, able to wear multiple hats, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  9. Ability to adapt to changing technologies and workflows.
  10. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
