Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a hybrid role combining customer service excellence with KYC/B (Know Your Customer/Business) analysis. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to interact directly with clients while ensuring regulatory compliance through document verification and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle customer inquiries via chat interface
  2. Provide timely and professional responses to client questions
  3. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  4. Review and verify documentation for individual and business clients
  5. Assess identification documents (passports, ID cards)Validate business registration and ownership documentation
  6. Monitor KYC/B tickets and processes daily
  7. Conduct risk assessments and flag potential compliance issues
  8. Process documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
  9. Contribute to the optimization of KYC/B workflows

Required Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in customer service or KYC/KYB roles
  2. Proficient in English and Thai.
  3. Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift.
  6. Positive about the crypto industry.
  7. Experience handling confidential information
