Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional for a hybrid role combining customer service excellence with KYC/B (Know Your Customer/Business) analysis. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to interact directly with clients while ensuring regulatory compliance through document verification and risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat interface
- Provide timely and professional responses to client questions
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Review and verify documentation for individual and business clients
- Assess identification documents (passports, ID cards)Validate business registration and ownership documentation
- Monitor KYC/B tickets and processes daily
- Conduct risk assessments and flag potential compliance issues
- Process documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the optimization of KYC/B workflows
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or KYC/KYB roles
- Proficient in English and Thai.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift.
- Positive about the crypto industry.
- Experience handling confidential information
