Summary

Customer Support is extremely important for us and we strive to create a platform where our users are well supported with excellent quality, fast response time, and accurate information.

Support is via a ticketing system and live chat that includes, but not limited to: customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Support will be in French & English, applicants need to speak both languages. However, this role will also cater for cross-support across other language lines. 

Responsibilities

  1. Handle high volume live chat and other online tools
  2. Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
  3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  4. Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests
  5. Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
  6. Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry
  2. College degree or above
  3. Native-level fluency in French, and advanced English is mandatory to support our users in this role
  4. Previous experience with cross-functional support will be advantageous
  5. High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; Have a sense of responsibility and spirit of as a team
  6. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and aim to exceed beyond expectations
  7. Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts
  8. Positive about the crypto industry
