Summary

Review Client queries and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the Client experience with the company.

Will be responsible for cross selling and Upselling as per the client's needs.

Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist Clients with questions and suggest the best products for their needs

Look at Clients performance data on a daily basis and communicate areas of opportunity.

Identify patterns among Clients performance and contribute towards developing best practices, FAQs and knowledge base for using the Companys platform.

Ensure Client satisfaction. Identify any potential issues proactively before the Client reports them.

Requirements

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work in the US/UK time zone is a must.

Experience in a prior Client success / Account management or Client support role is a must. Experience in dealing directly with International clients will be an advantage.

Must have good troubleshooting skills.
