Summary

As a Data Analyst, you will be a part of the Operational Excellence Department, which focuses on business value calculation, ensuring process efficiency, and delivering automated solutions ( RPAs and Low-Code Application Platforms) to ensure Bitpanda scalability and operational effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in monitoring infrastructure and business operations by analysing data, creating alerts, and setting up automated workflows. This position requires strong collaboration with various business units, including development, project management, product management, and so on.

What you’ll do

1. Dive into business data, crank out insights, and build slick dashboards.
2. Automate workflows and hook up seamless integrations.
3. Monitor critical business events, such as onboarding service failures or process automation malfunctions
4. Craft and keep up scripts to track processes and power up dashboards

 Who you are

1. Relevant experience in a similar role in a dynamic environment.
2. Proficient in SQL, Python, database administration (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Astronomer/Airflow), API Integrations.
3. Experienced in creating dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI and using monitoring tools like Datadog.
4. Skilled in delivering reports using large sets of business data and creating its visualisations.
5. Experience with workflow builders like Tines or Make, or LCAPs like Appian is a plus.
