  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
  3. Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
  4. Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
  5. Develop and track OKRs to measure business performance.
  6. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  4. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or similar.
  5. Preferably experienced with Airflow for workflow orchestration and familiar with Spark for handling large-scale data processing.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages preferred, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  7. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
