- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
- Create visualizations and reports for requested projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and track OKRs to measure business performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikView or similar.
- Preferably experienced with Airflow for workflow orchestration and familiar with Spark for handling large-scale data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in additional languages preferred, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
