Responsibilities:

1. What You’ll DoIn this role, you will spearhead the strategic direction of blockchain related topics (e.g. Wallets, DeFi, L1/L2 Chains) and AI.
2. Below are some activities you may find yourself doing: Strategic Visionary:
3. Assisting the Strategy team to conceptualize, execute and monitor key strategic initiatives aimed at driving commercial success 
4. Subject Matter Expertise: Develop deep subject matter expertise in Blockchain, Decentralized Finance, Decentralized Application, AIs, and other relevant domains
5. Quantitative Analysis: Developing optimal quantitative strategy, optimization, and analysis for related products & developments (proficiency in Excel modeling and data-driven insights is expected) 
6. Market Research & Analysis: Developing thematic research memos to advise on market/ sub-sector strategy; 
7. Project Coordination & Management: Coordinating cross-functional projects end-to-end from timeline/ deliverable planning to tracking/ reporting;
8. Product Development: Designing & drafting requirements for a new product or feature;
9. Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Deciding & analyzing product KPIs and recommending improvements to drive revenue and user engagement 
10. Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluating & driving strategic and investment opportunities 
11. Business Projection & Analysis: Projecting business results and engage in strategic discussions with management regarding implications & strategic pivots
13. Overall, you will shoulder the important responsibilities of:

Requirements:

3. Intellectual prowess & curiosity, 1~3 years of work experience in a field requiring strong problem-solving skills, e.g., management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, equity research;
4. Literacy in oral & written communication, excellent command of English; We value the ability & drive to learn over past experience, as we believe in investing in learning of our team.
5. Highly structured approach in thinking, analysis and output generation;
6. Quick learner who is able to translate newly acquired knowledge into actionable insights;

8. Clarity, conciseness and confidence in communication, e.g., experience communicating with senior stakeholders, public presentations and/ or teaching, a portfolio of writing samples, etc.
