Summary

We're seeking a Developer Relations Lead to drive the adoption of Boost's developer tools and foster a thriving builder community. You'll work closely with developers integrating the BoostSDK, help shape our developer experience, and be a key bridge between our technical teams and the developer community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive adoption of Boost's developer tools (BoostSDK, RewardKit, etc) through educational content, documentation, and direct developer engagement
2. Build mini-apps to demonstrate the value of Boost in partner ecosystems
3. Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and sample applications
4. Build and nurture relationships with key developers and projects in the ecosystem, particularly focusing on third-party builders and other incentive experts
5. Organize and lead developer-focused events, including hackathons, workshops, and office hours
6. Collaborate with the engineering team to gather developer feedback and influence product decisions
7. Create technical content including blog posts, code examples, and video tutorials
8. Support and grow the developer community through Discord, Telegram, and other channels

Required Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, or similar technical community role
2. Strong programming skills with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and React
3. Practical experience with Web3 technologies, smart contracts, and blockchain development
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Experience creating and presenting technical content and documentation
6. Track record of building and growing developer communities
7. Understanding of developer tools, SDKs, and API integration patterns

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Solidity and smart contract development
2. Familiarity with onchain data platforms like Dune Analytics
3. Background in developer education or technical teaching
4. Public speaking experience at technical conferences or meetups
