Require:

1. Bachelor degree or above, technology-related professional background, love the technical field.
2. Have a strong interest in technical issues, good at analyzing and solving problems, and have patience and responsibility.
3. Understand blockchain technology, including blockchain principles, smart contracts, etc. Willing to develop in this field.
4. Have experience in blockchain project testing, and understand smart contract testing, integration testing, functional testing, etc.
5. Understand blockchain development and testing tools such as Truffle, Ganache, Remix, hardhat, python, etc.
6. Understand the construction, configuration and maintenance of blockchain nodes, and be able to handle problems in node operation.
7. Ability to work across time zones and be flexible to varying work schedules.
8. If you are familiar with blockchain development, it would be better if you can master at least one development language of a mainstream blockchain platform (such as Solidity, Go, etc.)
