Summary

DevOps Engineers play a pivotal role in the engineering team and are responsible for the seamless deployment, integration, and maintenance of software systems and services. They implement a zero-downtime deployment strategy, integrate various software components, and maintain systems for optimal performance. They work closely with various teams to develop an integrated approach to software and infrastructure development, and build secure and scalable infrastructures based on their expertise in On-premises and Cloud platforms. Finally, they leverage automation to drive operational efficiency and streamline software delivery and infrastructure changes.

Responsibilities

1. Reproduce sparse errors, create test code, and apply it to production reliably. 
2. We work closely with the backend team to analyze high-latency services and continuously improve services and infrastructure.
3. Optimizes DB performance and ensures smooth operation without service disruption.
4. Continuously manage logging and APM support, application-level notification settings, and dashboards.

Qualifications

1. Someone with 5-8 years of total development experience, including Backend experience and Devops Engineer experience
2. Someone who understands backend code and has experience finding and improving infrastructure bottlenecks
3. Experience with troubleshooting and performance analysis of applications
4. Someone who can proactively define and solve problems
5. Someone with practical experience in Docker and Kubernetes operations
6. Someone who can use two or more languages, such as Python or Rust
7. Anyone with experience with cloud services such as AWS
8. Someone with understanding and experience with microservice architecture (MSA)
9. Anyone with basic CS knowledge

Preferred

1. Someone with a self-driven and proactive personality
2. Someone with work experience at an exchange or fintech company
3. Someone with domain knowledge covering cryptocurrencies, finance, engineering, network and system architecture.
4. Someone with business-level Korean and English skills
5. Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Helm, Github Action, Harbor, and Cloudflare
