eNor Securities, a rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a passionate and experienced DevOps Senior to join our dynamic technology team. You will play a pivotal role in automating and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our platform to support our growing user base.

Objective:

As the DevOps Senior at eNor Securities, you will be a key driver of our DevOps initiatives, responsible for streamlining and automating IT processes, implementing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, and enhancing the overall efficiency and performance of our infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, security, and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Infrastructure Automation & Optimization: Design and automate infrastructure with Ansible, optimize performance with monitoring tools, and ensure rapid deployments with minimal downtime.
2. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) with integrated testing, code linting, and security checks for efficient and secure deployments.
3. IT Operations & Support: Collaborate with IT operations to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical support to development teams during integration and deployment of new features.
4. Security & Compliance: Integrate security best practices into the DevOps lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations and working with the security team to mitigate vulnerabilities.
5. Knowledge Sharing & Innovation: Stay updated on DevOps trends, share knowledge with the team, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related field, with a proven track record of automating and optimizing IT infrastructure.
2. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps), and infrastructure monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic).
3. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Fluency in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
