📌 Role Summary

We’re looking for enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Interns to join our team for a 3-month pro bono internship. This role plays a key part in building and managing our community engagement across platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Discord. As part of our Web3 gaming startup, you'll help shape our online voice, craft content, and grow our digital presence. This is a remote role offering flexible work hours and a high-growth environment to gain real-world marketing experience.

🎯 Duties/Responsibilities

1. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content tailored to different platforms
2. Monitor and grow our community through meaningful interactions
3. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns
4. Track analytics, report insights, and suggest data-driven improvements
5. Research current trends, memes, and viral content strategies relevant to the gaming and Web3 space

✅ Required Skills

1. Strong written communication and storytelling abilities
2. Understanding of social media platforms and their best practices
3. Creativity and a good sense of humor (bonus if you're meme fluent!)
4. Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote setup
5. Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) is a plus

🎓 Education and Experience

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
2. Experience with social media management (even for personal pages or college clubs)
3. Interest or familiarity with gaming or Web3 communities is a bonus
4. Content creation experience (written, visual, or video) is a plus
5. Proficiency in English and social media lingo is essential
