About the team + role

Robinhood’s Money team is building the next generation of banking products for all Americans, starting with jaw-dropping Credit Cards. Our team members drive never-before-seen products and features from concept to launch to hyperscale.

As the Head of Growth for our Money team, you will be responsible for growth and the underlying product strategy across all our banking products while leading the product team through the conceptualization, execution and delivery of the team’s goals.

What you’ll do

  1. Partner with Engineering, Operations, Data Science, Research, Marketing and more to grow the next generation of banking experiences.
  2. Develop the long term vision for the team and set the roadmap to fulfill that vision.
  3. Work with cross functional partners such as legal and compliance to ensure products are built the right way
  4. Lead and grow a team of product managers and develop their professional skills on a day-to-day basis
  5. Investing in product development processes that lead to efficient teams and great team morale.
  6. Building strong, collaborative relationships across design, engineering and operations at the team and organizational levels

What you bring

  1. Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
  2. 8+ years experience in a consumer facing product management role
  3. 2+ years experience leading product managers / engineers
  4. Familiarity using research, experimentation and product analytics to guide decision making
  5. Ability to balance strategic with creative decision making
  6. A strong sense of urgency and speed
  7. High standards and a strong work ethic - you always bring your best and expect your colleagues to do the same
  8. Delight in bringing innovation and impact to customers, particularly in sophisticated and dynamic environments
  9. Experience in fintech products is not required but nice to have

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$255,000 - $300,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$224,000 - $264,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL)

$199,000 - $234,000 USD
