Summary

We’re looking for a Director of Institutional Sales to lead our institutional go-to-market.

The perfect hire combines an executive presence with the ability to roll your sleeves up and dive into the trenches of a fast-growth early-stage startup. You will own the institutional investor go-to-market strategy, including direct sales, pipeline development, and the overall success of our institutional relationships. You will have your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in traditional capital markets and be able to synthesize insights into actionable opportunities for product and marketing. You should love influencing decision makers, managing multiple stakeholders at large organizations and making deals happen. You should be passionate about bridging the gaps between digital assets, traditional finance, and credit and have conviction in your belief that blockchain technology can improve the financial system. 

Responsibilities

  1. Proven track record of success in capital raising, business development, and new product go-to-market
  2. Ability to execute sales strategies for financial products, integrating customer perspectives into product and marketing, and executing direct sales efforts
  3. Experience working with senior stakeholders and decision makers in investment teams and ability to serve as the go-to educational resource on the Centrifuge product, platform, and ecosystem
  4. Ability to leverage your existing network to grow the vision of Real-World Assets through Centrifuge

Desired Profile

  1. 7+ years of sales and business development experience in Financial Services and/or Digital Assets
  2. Strong leader and individual contributor
  3. High EQ and interpersonal skills
  4. Willingness to learn and develop intuition for the fast-moving and sophisticated trends within tokenization 
  5. Ability to delve deeply into topics within credit and finance, investment and allocation strategies, portfolio and risk management, and deal structuring
  6. Comfort working independently, within a small team, and in a fast-paced startup environment
  7. Excitement to hit the ground running on day one and passionate to help lead and shape the future of RWA
