Summary

We are looking for a high potential individual with the appetite to build and grow a quality business across the Greater China region.

The ideal candidate will have six to ten year experience in a sales or business development role for enterprise technology products (preferably selling to the Banking and Financial Services industry), be adept in consultative selling, preparing proposals and making pitch presentations, dealing with executive stakeholders, having strong project management skills and experience in managing bank client relations and process.

This role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive adoption and usage of our technology platforms/solutions to both existing customers and new prospects across Greater China region.
  2. Achieve a mastery of the products and solutions in order to effectively position and present their services with prospective and current customers including being able to carry a conversation with the necessary level of functional knowledge.
  3. Quick learn the product suite and confidently give demos/presentations and conduct workshops with banks/corporate customers across the region.
  4. Collaborate with Client Solutions team to manage the technical and business due diligence process from clients (which is a critical process in deal closure).
  5. Collaborating with internal partners such as Revenue Operations, Strategy, Product to develop and execute strategic accounts plans for each (target) client to deliver these targets and expand the customer base.
  6. Support BD with RFP/Tender responses and proposals including being responsible for and/or contributing to the structured and unstructured pursuit material as necessary.
  7. Manage the day to day engagement with clients as the first point of contact from Xalts, including for any issues faced by the client by relaying it to the respective internal teams.
  8. Stay current with market trends and observe functional, regulatory and technical changes and advances.

Requirements:

  1. 6-10 years experience in selling enterprise technology software/products (preferably to Banking and Financial services Industry).
  2. Presentable with excellent communication skills and able to cultivate high quality relationships.
  3. Excellent client communication skills in conversational speech and writing in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (preferable).
  4. Evidence of working cross functionally across multiple stakeholders to drive product or solution adoption
  5. Curiosity with how technology works and can be applied – strategically and operationally.
  6. The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  7. Excited about working in a hands on scale up environment
  8. Could currently be a sales/pre-sales consultant for enterprise platforms/solutions
