4. Performance Optimization and Analysis:

6. Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis, identifying key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
7. Cross-Regional Collaboration and Leadership:
8. Foster strong collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams, serving as a liaison between global stakeholders and internal departments to ensure cohesive execution of ecosystem marketing initiatives.
9. Craft marketing and amplification campaigns and coordinate GTM strategies for ecosystem growth.

Your Craft:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
2. Extensive experience in ecosystem marketing, partnership management, or related roles, with a strong track record of success in global crypto markets.
3. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
4. Based in EU or US Timezone.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including the protocols' key leaders, industry influencers, and internal teams.
6. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage analytics tools and platforms to optimize campaign performance and drive business outcomes.
7. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to driving cross-functional alignment and achieving shared goals.
