Summary

We’re hiring a Corporate Sales Manager / Director for a high-impact, client-facing role focused on enterprise finance teams. The role is focused on driving adoption of Xalts’ AI agents across treasury and finance teams.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — identifying opportunities, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and closing deals. This is a commercially accountable role with deep product exposure, ideal for someone who understands how large finance organizations work and knows how to drive enterprise decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in treasury or finance transformation consulting. This role is a blend of domain expertise, commercial execution, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  1. Own and close enterprise sales opportunities from initial outreach to signed contracts.
  2. Build and manage senior relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Transformation, and Shared Services leaders.
  3. Position Xalts’ AI agents as a transformative solution across treasury and finance workflows.
  4. Partner with internal pre-sales, and product teams to shape compelling demos, proposals, and commercial structures.
  5. Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with enterprise stakeholders.
  6. Maintain a healthy, qualified pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets.
  7. Contribute field insights to influence product roadmap, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance or MBA preferred with 6–10 years of experience in consulting or enterprise sales, with a focus on treasury or finance transformation.
  2. Strong understanding and experience of selling into financial services space, corporate Treasury and Trade Finance.
  3. Excellent commercial instincts, communication skills, and executive presence.
  4. Prior experience with technology-led finance transformation, automation, or treasury systems is a strong plus.
  5. High ownership mindset — able to operate independently in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
