This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive top-tier service, whether they have inquiries about trading, platform issues, or compliance-related questions. The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a proactive, customer-oriented individual with experience in customer success or support, ideally in technology, compliance, or finance. You’ll need a solid understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, along with the ability to think critically and adapt quickly to new challenges. You’ll work independently with limited supervision, handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and efficient support to users through various communication channels, including chat, email, and video calls.
Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure user satisfaction.
Assist customers with compliance-related queries, adhering to internal policies.
Track, document, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
Participate in daily team stand-up meetings to share insights and align with team objectives.
Continuously update knowledge on cryptocurrency trends and exchange functionalities to improve customer support.
Qualifications:
Required:
Prior experience in customer success or support within a high-growth, global business, preferably in technology, finance, or compliance.
Strong customer relations skills, with a proven ability to handle requests and resolve issues.
Confidence to work independently with minimal supervision.
Creative and critical thinking abilities to navigate changing priorities and ambiguous situations in the cryptocurrency industry.
Interest and knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
High proficiency in written English.
Stable internet connection and ability to participate in daily video calls.
Exceptional attention to detail, high standards of integrity, resilience, and quick thinking under pressure.
