Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Development Specialist
to support and execute BD strategies, manage partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of our DeFi ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring 1-2 years of Web3 experience and demonstrate strong knowledge in DeFi projects, L1L2 projects and venture capital ecosystems. This is a bilingual role (mandatory), with a focus on outreach and maintaining robust partner relationships across the ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Proposal Drafting & Execution: Collaborate with BD partners and partnership executives to draft, finalize, and execute proposals.
- DeFi Research & Partnership Execution: Conduct in-depth research on DeFi opportunities and execute partnerships aligned with the strategic vision.
- BD Outreach: Manage upper-funnel outreach, focusing on establishing and maintaining long-tail BD connections.
- Partner Relationship Management: Act as a liaison for partners, maintaining relationships, tracking campaigns, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Campaign Monitoring: Check in with campaigns on an as-needed basis, ensuring smooth operations and stakeholder alignment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards with rigorous attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience in the Web3 space, particularly within L1L2 projects and DeFi.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and execute campaigns; experience working with VCs is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency (required).
- Must operate within an Asia timezone.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
