Summary
The Field Marketing Manager will partner with our regional sales leader and leader of Field Marketing in EMEA to build and execute the complete demand generation plan for the territory. You’ll collaborate with our global marketing team to manage product launches, events, and demand generation campaigns across our commercial and public sector businesses. Your success in the role will be measured by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales growth.
In this role, you’ll:
- Create localised demand generation strategies that reliably produce leads and build pipeline
- Achieve customer acquisition and sales booking targets for the EMEA South Group
- Develop a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem and our customers, and use that to develop local market messaging
- Build a strong partnership with regional leadership and work collaboratively with the rest of the product and field marketing teams
- Understand what activities are meaningful to the business and appropriately prioritise requests from sales and other stakeholders
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Experience in B2B Field Marketing and Demand Generation for a technology or SaaS company
- Successfully partnered across marketing and sales to build sales pipeline
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to draw insights from KPIs, and leverage data to guide decision-making
- The ability to handle numerous priorities and manage competing deadlines in a dynamic and growing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Nice to have experience:
- Prior exposure to Cryptocurrency or blockchain technologies
- Experience working within Salesforce CRM
- Strong command of Google Suite Products
- Additional languages, such as French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew
