Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Pakistan Team immediately. The ideal candidate will oversee financial tasks, ensure the smooth functioning of accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Execute tasks of the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting and bookkeeping as well as providing input for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Take part in the petty cash accounting function for the group, including disbursements, reconciliations, and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and overall accounting processes.
- Process accounts payable/Accounts receivable transactions ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Generating Debit /Credit Notes against sales invoices booking and Maintaining Monthly rental invoices
- Reconcile ledgers and responding queries, monitor account balances, track expenses, and prepare analysis of accounts and related financial activity to produce monthly management reports
- Review, process, and reconcile employee reimbursements such as expense claims and prepare journal entries for recording transactions in ERP.
- Responsible for end-to-end accounting and the month-end/year-end closing of at least one group company
- Provide support during audits and assist with financial reporting requirements.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
- Manage accruals, present financial variations, and prepare monthly reports.

Education and Experience
- Bachelors in Accounting and Finance
- 2-3 proven work experience in the relevant field
Office Timings and Mode of Payment
- Income Tax free USD Remittance
- Working hours, Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7:00 PM
- Occasional after-hours work may be required during month and Year end closing.
