Summary

We are looking for a Finance Operations Executive (FOE) to take complete ownership of the day-to-day management of all financial transactions and procedures at Xalts. The ideal candidate should be familiar with accounting concepts & financial analysis and possess exceptional MS Excel skills, being equally at home with daily financial tasks and the challenge of improving financial operations processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and keep accurate records of daily transactions including invoicing and expense bills.
2. Manage the revenue invoicing.
3. Manage the accounts of our companies on respective accounting software like Tally and QuickBooks
4. Be the main contact point for addressing any queries related to financial operations.
5. Liaison with the audit, taxation and secretarial offices to ensure all bookkeeping, filings and compliance requirements are up to date for all our entities.
6. Maintain and monitor current assets and liabilities including keeping records of accounts payables/receivables and reconciliation of dues.
7. Take initiative on improvements in financial operations processes and policies in order to handle business scaling efficiently.
8. Analysis of financial data and generation of management information reports, leading to actionable insights for the business teams and budget preparations.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of prior work experience as a finance executive in a similar role.
2. Candidates with prior experience in handling merchant settlements for marketplaces/e- commerce companies would enjoy an added advantage.
3. B.com/ M.com degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with a preference for CA-Inters.
4. Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and regulations.
5. Advanced MS Excel skills and excellent analytical and numerical skills.
6. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
8. Ability to organize and track over lapping tasks with frequent priority changes.
