Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 

Finance Operations Specialist

 to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational activities on a 

rotational shift between 12PM - 8PM / 3PM - 12AM

. This will be a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of processes and maintaining quality standards.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Coordinate operational activities, ad-hoc tasks by reporting manager, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards
  2. Address and resolve operational issues; collaboration with relevant departments
  3. Generating timely reports on operational accounts and activities, in collaboration with relevant departments
  4. Facilitating clear communication between the team and other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information flow
  5. Identify process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency 

What we're looking for:

  1. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Finance, Admin, Operations or relevant domain
  2. Experience in Microsoft Office tools 
  3. Good communicator, team player and good ownership traits
  4. Experience in finance or banking industry will be preferred
