Key Responsibilities

• Required 3+yrs of experience in Financial Accounting.
• Support Accounting Service team leader and Group Finance Manager on timely, accurate GL accounting recording and reporting, including month-end closing delivery.
• Proactively and collaboratively carry out financial analysis to ensure General Ledger accounting records and results are validated and explained to commercial and operational substance.
• Owns group-wide employee costs related GL accounting including journals and balance sheet account reconciliation, including related p/l and balance sheet trend analysis.
• Owns project related cost of sales GL accounting, including subledger data review, GL journal recording and associated accounts reconciliations.
• Owns corporate income and expense recording, monitoring and reporting (e.g. interest, share-based payments, FX contract fair value adjustment).
• Facilitate month end cost analysis including cost allocation and intercompany matrix validation.
• Initiate and support financial control continuous process and productivity improvement.
• Support accounting service team leader providing guidance to junior team members or other finance functions regarding financial accounting treatment and GL related finance process.
• Support ad hoc financial request activities such as audit, management reports and compliance request.
• Assist the Finance Manager and Finance functional leaders with ad hoc requests.
• Support other activities critical in achieving organizational goals and objectives. 
• Solid accounting knowledge and experience in corporate financial accounting and reporting environment
