Summary

We are hiring our first full time marketing person. This person will work directly with the founders to be the driving force behind our content marketing.

You’ll work closely with the founders to create compelling, data-driven content that educates our target audience, positions us as industry leaders, and generates demand for our services. You will collaborate across teams to create and distribute content that aligns with our sales funnel, marketing goals, and broader company vision.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build upon the existing content, identifying key areas for growth and optimization.
  2. Create a robust content roadmap with the founders that is aligned with the company’s sales and marketing objectives, focusing on educating target audiences about EOR services, token grant administration, and related compliance issues.
  3. Develop content that supports all stages of the buyer’s journey—from awareness to consideration and decision-making.
  4. Establish Toku as a thought leader in the EOR and token grant administration space, creating insightful articles, white papers, webinars, and case studies.
  5. Produce content that addresses industry trends, regulatory changes, and key challenges in token payroll, tax compliance, and token-based compensation models.
  6. Collaborate with in-house experts (payroll, tax, legal) to develop thought-provoking, authoritative content.
  7. Use data-driven insights to create content that generates qualified leads and moves prospects through the sales funnel.
  8. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility, targeting specific keywords related to EOR, payroll, token grants, and crypto-native companies.
  9. Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  10. Design and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent publication across various channels.
  11. Monitor and report on key content marketing KPIs, including traffic, engagement, lead conversion, and SEO rankings.

Qualifications

  1. 3-5 years of marketing experience in SaaS or FinTech.
  2. Proven track record in B2B product launches and marketing.
  3. Strong skills in creating scalable marketing content.
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
