Summary

As a Software Engineer on the Wallet team, you’ll get the opportunity to develop your skills and collaborate with engineers in Wallet and across Fidelity in a fun and dynamic environment. You will work closely with technical leaders and Architects to build a secure crypto platform utilizing modern software development practices.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

1. B.S in Computer Science or related field.
2. 3+ years of software development experience on business critical, enterprise-wide applications.
3. 2+ years of experience in Angular and Java/J2EE
4. Proven experience of in UI, Angular 16+, TypeScript, HTML, CSS is a must.
5. Spring Frameworks – Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Web MVC, Spring AOP, etc.
6. Experience in Git and CI/CD pipeline is a must.
7. Docker and Kubernetes are must.
8. Experience with SQL and relational Databases a plus.
9. AWS experience in services like EC2, S3 and Lambda is a strong plus.
10. Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
11. Very good communication skills with ability to do internal demos and presentations.
12. Experience with or willingness to work in agile operating model.
13. Enthusiastic and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks.
14. Possess a strong sense of ownership and works well in a small agile team.
15. Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at any given time.
16. Participate in engineering practices such as code and design reviews, environment strategy, and build and deployment pipelines.

Within Fidelity Digital Assets℠, the Wallet Team is responsible for the backend services and APIs that support digital assets transactions on networks such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. The team will also lead tokenization efforts.
