Summary

We are looking for a senior fullstack engineer with production application experience to work on bringing transactions through the web3 ecosystem. This will include work related to the transaction supply chain and how we can facilitate a more frictionless user experience. Many of the activities we focus on are adjacent to ethereum and require an understanding of the EVM. We handle smart transactions: simulations, ordering and routing, as well as new ways to spend gas. They all require an understanding and appreciation of the ethereum ecosystem, from dApps to DEXs and wallets to nodes.

We are looking for someone with a deep experience building web and mobile products. You will be responsible for developing new features and enhancing existing ones, aiming to deliver releases of the highest quality. Concurrently, you'll engage in research to conceive innovative features. While most of the work will be on the front-ends, some features will require you to work on the back-end.

It would be great if you brought this to the role

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Front-end Software Engineer working on production applications
  2. Experience with mobile development (React Native)
  3. Experience with web development (React)
  4. Experience working with systems utilizing Golang in production
  5. Experience working on agile projects in an Agile environment in CI/CD setup
  6. Experience working in a distributed, asynchronous remote team environment
  7. Writing good technical documentation for use by internal teams
  8. Be “T-Shaped”, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in a specific area whilst maintaining a breadth of knowledge across multiple ecosystem topics.
  9. Located Eastern America or Western EMEA/able to work compatible business hours

Bonus Points for any of:

  1. Experience implementing appropriate software patterns and practices for complex business domains e.g DDD, CQRS etc
  2. Experience working with decentralized applications or web3 protocols
  3. Understanding of transaction supply chain, MEV and associated actors.
  4. Experience with microservices architectures
  5. General interest in DevOps topics/experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes and deploying cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure)
  6. General interest in economic incentive theory
  7. A degenerate web3 trader who got rekt

The salary range for US-based candidates only will be determined throughout the interview process depending on experience and skills.

US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)

$100,000—$160,000 USD
